I use http://www.allrecipes.com/ for everything! If I am hungry for something and don't find it here, I look up the recipe and make it!
The only thing with this recipe is that I did not cook my muffins for 10 minutes on each side. They would have burned! Maybe I had my heat too high - easy to do with gas stove. I did about 5 minutes each side.

Thanks for the link! I am very interested in trying them! I can't say as I've seen too many/any of them here in Mexico and we love them!
