We made a trip into the country last week and were given a bunch of passion fruit. We love fresh passion fruit juice. The kids had been asking me to make some. Their wishes were granted. This is washing the passion fruit.

We scraped it all into the blender and then liquify.
Then we strain the juice from the seeds.
The concentrated juice ready to yield pitchers of yummy juice!
While we gals were in the kitchen making the concentrate, the guys were cutting boards to make a life size Jenga game for a future youth activity. The neighbor kids are enjoying trying it out.
