It's a chilly 67 degrees at 9:50 a.m with rain. We're "freezing". The Dominicans will be dressed with sweaters and hats, unless the sun comes out and warms us up. We're even putting on our heavier shirts and will delight ourselves with coffe and hot chocolate.

I remember being in my shirt sleeves and thanking the Lord that it had finally cooled off, and the guard standing in the street wearing gloves, sweater, coat, and ski mask.
