Well, we are trying to dry out from the storm. We were greatly delighted to see the sun shine on Thursday! Our lawn is a muddy mess, but we are so thankful we are not suffering as some are. We are told the capital is a mess and not to enter it unless necessary. Lots of houses were underwater, lots of lost possessions, and some lost lives.
We'll be really glad to see the puddles dry up. Until they do, the mosquito population will take advantage of them. There were already reports of many cases of dengue fever before the storm. It will no doubt be worse with all of this water around.
