In Dec. we got together with some other missionary families and one of them hosted a piano recital for the missionary children. Here are our 3 pianists after the recital. They did a good job!

Christmas traffic! The city is an absolute jam around Christmas time.
On Christmas Eve, Guarionex & Yolanda invited us to be a part of their Christmas eve dinner. The Dominicans celebrate Christmas on the 24th with a large evening meal. On the 25th, they don't do anything. J.liked the cookie and candy table and kept asking for more cookies and candy before we ate. Even while I snapped this he was saying, "Can I have another cookie?"
