Jonathan took his first 6 steps today!!!! Wow!!! He is our earliest walker. The other children were 13 and 14 months. I think maybe the tile floor in the D.R. had something to do with it. Carpet provides a little softer landing. :-)
Regina went for her checkup from her surgery yesterday and got an excellent report. The doctor said for as bad as her eyes were, she is doing excellent. The fission between her eyes was great. He could not get her to break a stare while waving a paper up in front of one eye and then the other.
He wants us to patch her good eye for 1/2 hour every day for the next 6 months and have her checked in a year.
We're thanking the Lord for a good report and trust that her eye will continue to heal. Thank you to all who prayed and gave monetary gifts for her surgery. God has been good.

Glad to know that her eyes are doing well. We've been there and it always means allot to hear those words coming from the dr.'s mouths. Also, congrats on the steps! I love to watch how the kids progress but yet it makes me sad to know they'll not be needing me much longer.
