Think you're paying too much for gas?

This report comes from a friend currently living in the Dominican Republic: "Children are going without milk and families without meat. Prices climb-gas is $3.78US a gallon. Electricity increases again. Food prices soar. The dollar drops. Cost of living is difficult."
